Video: The Scientific Power of Meditation

I really liked the video, because it explains the benefits of meditation in a didactic and summarized way. In our time, we have been very focused on "doing things", therefore, meditation would help self-knowledge and calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, especially in times of crisis and uncertainty.

When I went to school, there was a time when I meditated and that helped me a lot in periods of stress. At the beginning of June, I felt very stressed because many evaluations were accumulated in a short time. Also, there is a concern that someone from my family or friends might get the virus. In fact, I've been thinking about starting meditation again, so this video was extremely helpful in remembering its benefits!

  4. Hiiii, I really like the part of "doing things" because it's true, we are so stressed out that we don't think about meditation, and sometimes people feel that they don't have time for it, even if they want to.
