Video: The Scientific Power of Meditation

I really liked the video, because it explains the benefits of meditation in a didactic and summarized way. In our time, we have been very focused on "doing things", therefore, meditation would help self-knowledge and calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, especially in times of crisis and uncertainty. When I went to school, there was a time when I meditated and that helped me a lot in periods of stress. At the beginning of June, I felt very stressed because many evaluations were accumulated in a short time. Also, there is a concern that someone from my family or friends might get the virus. In fact, I've been thinking about starting meditation again, so this video was extremely helpful in remembering its benefits!
